It’s of upmost importance to keep any visitors to St Margaret’s Residences safe and work in-line with Government Covid-19 guidelines.
All viewings at our properties will be kept to a maximum of two guests per viewing, plus one Knight Frank agent. All visitors must wear a mask unless they are exempt. Hand sanitiser will be readily available to those entering any of the properties and the use of gloves is encouraged.
Our dedicated show home is cleaned after each viewing and all door handles and surfaces are frequently sanitised. The 2-metre rule is imposed and will apply to anyone visiting the site. Parking is available on site to enable you to travel to and from site safely.
